During this challenging time it might be difficult to maintain a normal sleep pattern. In order to help regulate sleep Miss Docherty and Miss Ashmole have created a video giving information about ‘Supporting Better Sleep Patterns in Children and Young People.’ This presentation will discuss why sleep is important, the effects of poor quality sleep, how to sleep well, raising the issue of sleep with your child and relaxation techniques to help support sleep.
